Tea or herbal tea is the PERFECT way to add flavor to a cocktail without adding a ton of sugar like you usually would with juice or a soft drink.

ALCOHOLIC LEMONADE WITH ICED TEA
(Serving: 1)
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) Strawberry-Hibiscus herbal tea concentrate
- 1/3 cup (85 ml) lemonade
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) lemon sparkling water
- 1 oz (30 ml) of strong alcohol of your choice (vodka, gin, rum, etc.)
- Ice
- Lemon slices
Preparation
Prepare the herbal tea concentrate as indicated HERE .
Mix the herbal tea concentrate, lemonade, lemon sparkling water and spirits, then serve with plenty of ice and lemon slices.

HEALTHY PIÑA COLADA
(Serving: 1)
Ingredients
- 1 cup (250 ml) ice cubes
- 1/3 cup (85 ml) frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) pineapple juice
- 1 oz (30 ml) white rum
- 1/3 cup (85 ml) Tropical Punch herbal tea concentrate
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) coconut milk
Preparation
Prepare the herbal tea concentrate as indicated HERE .
In a blender, coarsely crush the ice cubes and frozen pineapple chunks.
Add the pineapple juice, white rum, Tropical Punch herbal tea concentrate, and coconut milk. Mix until smooth.
If necessary, freeze 30 minutes before serving for an even thicker result.

GIN TONIC WITH EARL GREY TEA, CITRUS & ROSEMARY
(Serving: 1)
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup (85 ml) Earl Grey citrus tea concentrate
- 1/3 cup (85 ml) lemonade
- 1 oz (30 ml) gin
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) tonic water
- Ice for serving
- Citrus slices and rosemary sprig for serving
Preparation
Prepare the herbal tea concentrate as indicated HERE .
In a large glass or mason jar filled with ice, place the citrus slices and rosemary sprig.
Add the citrus Earl Grey tea concentrate, lemonade, gin and tonic.
Mix and serve immediately.
