Is it possible to try a box without subscribing?
No, but yes.
Our boxes are available only as a subscription. However, the monthly subscription can be canceled free of charge at any time, even after one box!
You can cancel your subscription directly from your customer account or contact us at info@moidabord.ca so we can take care of it for you.
When will I receive my first box?
To find out which box will be your first, you can look at the top of this page under the Add to Cart button.
Shipping of boxes begins on the 10th of the month and continues until the monthly boxes are sold out.
If you order on the 1st of the month, the time to receive your box will be a little longer as no boxes are shipped before the 10th. On the other hand, if you order after the 10th, your box will leave in the days following the order.
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way 📫
How much does delivery cost?
Nothing!
Delivery of boxes is free throughout Canada with a few exceptions.
While we'd love to offer free shipping everywhere, exceptions apply to the Nunavik territory (postal codes beginning with J0M), the Northwest Territories, and Nunavut, where shipping is $13 per order. The reason is simple: it costs us nearly $30 to ship to these locations, but we've decided to cover half the cost for you!
When does the renewal take place?
Your subscription renews on the 1st of the month. You have until the last day of the month to skip the next month or cancel your subscription completely.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription simply by logging into your account.
