
There's nothing better than a good popsicle to cool off on hot summer days! Here are 3 quick-to-make popsicle ideas based on our iced teas and herbal teas: Berry burst and yogurt popsicles, Tropical punch and peach popsicles, and Mango lemonade and coconut milk popsicles.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups (375 ml) of Berry Burst herbal tea
- 2 tsp (10 ml) maple syrup or honey
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) vanilla yogurt (or 1/2 cup plain yogurt + 1 tbsp maple syrup)
Preparation
Prepare the iced herbal tea as directed HERE .
In a popsicle mold, fill the bottom of each cavity with 2 tbsp (30 ml) of yogurt. Fill the remaining molds with the iced herbal tea and freeze for at least 8 hours.

- 8 slices of fresh peaches
- 1 1/2 cups (375 ml) Tropical & Peach Punch herbal tea
- 2 tsp (10 ml) maple syrup or honey
Preparation
Prepare the iced herbal tea as directed HERE .
In a popsicle mold, place 2 slices of fresh peaches in each cavity. Fill the remaining molds with the iced herbal tea and place in the freezer for a minimum of 8 hours.

- 2 tsp (10 ml) maple syrup or honey
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) coconut milk
Preparation
Prepare the iced herbal tea as directed HERE .
In a popsicle mold, fill each cavity about 3/4 full with frozen herbal tea. Freeze for about 4 hours. When the tea is frozen, pour in 2 tbsp (30 ml) of coconut milk. Return to the freezer for at least 4 hours.
