
HEALTHY HAZELNUT CREAM POPSICLES
(SERVING: 4)
Ingredients
- 200 g silken tofu
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) milk or plant-based beverage
- 1/3 cup (80 ml) hazelnut cream
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) unsweetened cocoa
- Melted chocolate and chopped hazelnuts for garnish (optional)
Preparation
Combine the silken tofu, milk, hazelnut cream and cocoa in a blender.
Pour into popsicle molds and let harden for at least 4 hours in the freezer.
Remove the popsicles from the molds by running them under hot water.
Dip in melted chocolate and chopped hazelnuts if desired.
Also try with pistachio cream or chocolate-hazelnut cream , omitting the cocoa.
