ICED CAPPUCCINO WITH COLD BREW COFFEE AND DATE SUGAR

This delicious homemade iced cappuccino recipe is perfect for the warmer months. In addition to being incredibly refreshing, this beverage is easy to make with cold brew coffee bags, healthy, and free of refined sugar. It's important to use natural alternatives to sugar, with better vitamin, fiber, and mineral content. Date sugar is an excellent choice for this.
To make this cappuccino, you will need:
Ingredients
- 4 ice cubes
- 60 ml (4 tbsp) cold brew coffee
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) date sugar
- 1.25 ml (1/4 tsp) vanilla extract
- 180 ml (3/4 cup) milk
- Healthy whipped cream and cocoa powder to taste (optional)
Preparation
Place the ice cubes in the blender container. Pulse a few times to chop the ice cubes.
Add the brewed coffee, date sugar, vanilla and milk.
Emulsify until smooth.
Pour the iced cappuccino into a tall glass.
If desired, garnish with chickpea whipped cream (aquafaba) and dark chocolate shavings.
