
Our homemade, healthy version of Starbucks' famous "matcha pink drink." Made with matcha tea, coconut milk, and a strawberry & hibiscus herbal tea infusion, this drink is as pretty as it is delicious.
ICED STRAWBERRY & HIBISCUS MATCHA LATTE

Ingredients
- 1 tsp (5 ml) matcha latte tea - Me First
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) hot water
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) milk or plant-based beverage
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) strawberry hibiscus herbal tea - Me First brewed
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) coconut milk
- 4 tsp (20 ml) maple syrup or simple syrup
- Ice
Preparation
In a bowl, whisk together the matcha latte and hot water. Add the milk and refrigerate.
In a blender or milk frother, combine the strawberry hibiscus tea , coconut milk, and maple syrup. Blend until frothy.
Pour the matcha latte into a tall glass or mason jar filled with ice. Then, gently pour in the coconut milk iced tea mixture and serve immediately.
