
CORN RIBS WITH STEAK SPICES

Ingredients
- 4 ears of corn
- 1/3 cup (85 ml) olive oil
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) smoked paprika
- 2 tsp (10 ml) garlic powder
- 2 tsp (10 ml) onion powder
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) steak spice - Super Rub
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) shredded cheddar cheese
- Fresh parsley, finely chopped
- A few radishes, cut into small cubes
- Spicy mayonnaise, to taste
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375˚F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Set aside.
Cut the corn cobs into quarters lengthwise. Be careful, as the corn cobs may fall apart into small pieces.
In a bowl, combine olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and steak spice .
Brush each piece of corn generously with the marinade, season with salt and pepper and place them on the baking sheets.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, turning them over halfway through cooking.
When removed from the oven, garnish with grated cheddar cheese, chopped parsley, diced radishes and serve with spicy mayonnaise.
