
APPLE ENERGY BALLS

Ingredients
- 2 bananas, mashed (about 3/4 cup or 190 ml)
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) natural peanut butter
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) date sugar
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) grated apples
- 2 1/2 cups (625 ml) coarse grain oats
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) chia seeds
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) cinnamon
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) dried cranberries, no sugar added
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) finely chopped pecans
Preparation
In a large bowl, combine the mashed bananas, peanut butter, and date sugar.
Grate the apples and drain them well with your hands to remove as much water as possible. Add them to the banana mixture and mix.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well
Let stand in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes;
With slightly wet hands, form small balls (of the desired size).
