Is there a printed invoice in the package?
No! We don't include any invoices in the package in order to save paper (and keep the price of your gift confidential 😉)
Can I add a personalized note to my order?
Of course! When all the items are added to your cart, click on " Is this a gift? " and write your message in the appropriate box.
If you have already placed your order and forgot to write it down, contact us at info@moidabord.ca so we can add it to your order 🙂
Can I deliver the package to an address other than mine?
Definitely! Write the recipient's details in the shipping address (the first box requested).
At checkout, you will have the option to choose a different billing address.
The tracking number will still be sent to you by email so you can check the status of your package at any time.
If you think you made a mistake in the address, contact us at info@moidabord.ca as soon as possible so we can make the change before the order leaves our warehouse.
Delivery 💌
What is the delivery time?
Delivery times are 3 to 8 business days, but we also offer express delivery in 1 to 3 business days if you are too impatient to receive your order! 🤗
How much does delivery cost?
Shipping is free in Canada for orders of $65 or more before taxes and after discounts. For orders under this amount, shipping is $6.95.
Exceptions apply for the territory of Nunavik (postal codes beginning with J0M), the Northwest Territories and Nunavut where delivery is $13 per order.
